All rights to the character portraits produced remain the property of the artist, including the possible use of the finished drawing on this, or another of the artist's web sites for the purpose of self-promotion. Character concept and name remain the property of the commissioning client. Please contact the individual artist for his/her specific copyright policies if you have any further questions. By submitting this form, the client is entering into a commission contract with the artist named at the top of this form and NOT the Illuminators' Guild. All further order detail changes or additions, payment transactions, and delivery arrangements are to be made directly with the commissioned artist whose contact information will be provided on the confirmation page.
